We’ll hop on a call to chat about you — what makes your brand tick, what sets you apart, and the story you want your photos to tell. Expect insights, fresh ideas, and a few “wow!” moments as we carve out the perfect narrative as preparation for your photoshoot.

Moodboard

From vision to paper to style

When: About 1,5 weeks before your photoshoot

After our call I’ll create a moodboard tailormade around your story, based on all we’ve discussed, considering also your own ideas. This visual roadmap sets the style and helps us get on the same creative page — making sure your photoshoot aligns with your story, your personality & your brand.

Style Check

Location, outfits, hair & props

When: The week before your photoshoot

Based on the moodboard we’ll swap ideas and inspiration through messages (it’s a process!) — think wardrobe picks, locations, props, and hairdos. Together, we’ll nail down your colors and style, so you feel 100% prepped and pumped for the big day.

Photoshoot

The big day – time to smile!

When: The big day of the photoshoot

We’ll do a quick check-in before we start, have a quick huddle about the plan, and adapt to the weather or lighting as needed. This is where the magic happens—relaxed, fun, and totally tailored to you! And don’t worry about the posing part: I will guide you through it (it’s what I usually do). No one is born a model after all!
